Last Two Weeks to enjoy Special Cultural Menu for Black History Month, Feb. 24
In celebration of Black History Month, Shark Dining will offer a special cultural menu on Fridays in February. The selections will be available at the FoodBar, located in the Taft University Center and at the Health Professions Division (HPD) Cafe from 11:00 am -2:00 pm.
- February 24– Shrimp Etoufee, steamed rice, collard greens, black eye peas, and red velvet cake
