Office of Human Resources Quarterly Kudos Award Winner
Maria Nachmann-Tomattis
The Office of Human Resources (OHR) recognizes Maria Nachmann-Tomattis as the quarterly KUDOS award winner. Nachmann-Tomattis is an HR Information Systems Analyst, supporting Banner and other HR-related systems. She demonstrated proactive, “big picture” creative thinking when she made suggestions that streamlined a six hour process down to 58 minutes. These suggestions offer tangible results, including time savings and increased data consistency.
KUDOS is an acronym for Knowledge and Unparalleled Dedication to Outstanding Service. The program was established to recognize and reward individuals in the OHR who excel in accountability, customer service, and development.
