NSU Wears Blue in Recognition of Autism Awareness Month

Baudhuin Preschool and MSC

Baudhuin Preschool and Mailman Segal Center

April is Autism Awareness Month, and Nova Southeastern University showed its support by wearing blue to raise awareness about autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and those whom it affects.

See below for images of the NSU community in blue.

From innovative, direct-service programs to academic coursework and research—responding to the needs of those affected by autism is a major focus for the university. NSU treats children on the autism spectrum in medical, dental, optometry and behavioral health settings, and we conduct groundbreaking research in nutrition, brain development, behavior, diagnosis, and other areas affecting those with ASD.

Many of NSU’s innovative initiatives are national and international models, and would not be possible without donors committed to Realizing Potential: The Campaign for Nova Southeastern University.  Thank you to our philanthropic partners.
