NSU Veterans Resource Center to Host a Veteran’s Day Celebration, Nov. 11
In honor of Veteran’s Day, Nova Southeastern University (NSU) will be conducting a special ceremony on its Fort Lauderdale/Davie Campus, 3301 College Ave. (in the Don Taft University Center’s Flight Deck Pub/ Restaurant.) The event, scheduled for 2-3:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11 will feature the Broward Sheriff’s Office Color Guard as well as representatives from The Veteran’s Trust, the Department of Defense, NSU President Dr. George Hanbury and students, faculty and staff as well as several military veterans.
There will be light refreshments after the ceremony – the event is open to the entire NSU and South Florida community, so please stop by and thank our veterans for their service.
