NSU Leaders Congratulate New Student Scholarship Recipients
Honors student Josh Whitehurst with Jacqueline Travisano, M.B.A., CPA, NSU Executive Vice President/COO and Don Rosenblum, Ph.D., dean of the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences, at a reception for merit-scholarship recipients on Aug. 26
The Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences hosted a reception on August 26, 2014, to recognize new undergraduate students who received institutional merit scholarships upon their enrollment at NSU.
College and university leaders acknowledged the accomplishments of the 90 high-achieving students who attended the reception at the Adolfo & Marisela Cotilla Gallery at the Alvin Sherman Library.
Congratulating the students on their achievements were Don Rosenblum, Ph.D., dean of the college, and Jacqueline A. Travisano, M.B.A., CPA, executive vice president and chief operating officer at NSU.
The college offers a variety of merit and need-based scholarships and grants for undergraduate students during each academic year
