NSU Hosts an Interprofessional Conference on “Cannabis: Science, Medicine and Addiction,” April 9
NSU’s Health Profession Division will host an interprofessional conference entitled, “Cannabis: Science, Medicine and Addiction,” on April 9, 9:00 a.m.–1:15 pm in the Steele Auditorium.
The Broward County Medical Association and Pharmacy Association along with the Dade County Medical Association and Pharmacy Association have partnered with NSU to highlight the scientific and medical issues surrounding the controversial plant. New laws that effect Cannabidiol (CBD) oil in Florida, laws from other states, and federal issues will be discussed.

There is no cost to the public. Osteopathic medicine doctors, pharmacists, and dentists will be charged a $25 fee for CE/CME.
