Lately, a large amount of people, including college graduates, are struggling in the job search, but for those in the nursing field, this doesn’t seem to be the case. NSU’s Dean of the College of Nursing, Marcella Rutherford, Ph.D., M.B.A., M.S.N., explained in Miami Today that nurses have more flexibility and options when looking for a job.
