Mini Muse: Typeface in Black and White

February 20 at 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

minimuse_final-02-845x321On Saturday, Feb. 20, in celebration of Black History Month, children ages 5 -10 will learn about the work of contemporary artists Xaviera Simmons and Gary Simmons, who both use text as visual language in their work. Children will create their own text-inspired artworks using a variety of black and white materials.
