Lucky Winner of the Off-Campus Housing Fair Raffle Drawing
Off-Campus Housing Fair Raffle Winner, Nicole Boyco.
The Office of Residential Life and Housing, and Off-Campus Housing, would like to recognize Nicole Boyco for being the recipient of the special giveaway provided by Davie Self Storage, a proud sponsor of the NSU Off-Campus Housing Fair. Davie Self Storage conducted a random raffle where students had the opportunity to place their name in the raffle, and was selected at random. Nicole is the winner! Nicole Boyco is a 1st year student at NSU in the Sports and Exercise Science Program.
The NSU Off-Campus Housing Fair is conducted biannually; once in the Don Taft University Center during the fall semester, and in the HPD Terry Building during the winter semester. The Off-Campus Housing Fair connects local rental communities and their representatives to the NSU community including students, faculty, and staff. Along with Davie Self Storage rental, over 50 agencies such as Greystar, ZRS Management, Falls Management, and Equity Residential participate in the NSU Off-Campus Housing Fair. In addition, local hospitality agency, Extended Stay America, assists the NSU Community with interim housing options. NSU’s very own University Realtor, Jill Sivert, also attends the NSU Off-Campus Housing Fair to provide his professional assistance in seeking housing options.
