Lean Six Sigma White Belt Training for free at NSU Orlando Campus, March 28

NSU’s Orlando campus is offering Lean Six Sigma White Belt Training for free on Friday, March 28 from 8:30a.m.-12:30p.m. This four-hour workshop has been designed to provide the core concepts of Lean Six Sigma with a focus on productivity and quality improvement tools. White Belt training makes it easy for participants to assess the operational aspects within their “line-of-sight”. Participants will receive training in the problem solving methods and tools used to enhance their fundamental quality skills and their application of practicality.

This workshop also equips participants to take the skills they have learned back to their institutions in order to create financial gains as well as creating value for both the company and its customers. The workshop is taught with a small group interaction and hands-on exercises.

History, Background and Integration of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Benefits of Lean Six Sigma
Overview of DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control)
Project Charter
SIPOC mapping
Voice of the Customer (VOC)
