Professor Jack Pinkowski, Ph.D, founding director of the NSU Institute of Government and Public Policy

On Feb. 7, Florida Governor Rick Scott unveiled hisproposed budget, which cuts funding to social services and state labor but increases support for private business. The new budget also includes major cuts for education and other social services. Professor Jack Pinkowski, Ph.D., discussed the strengths and weaknesses of the governor’s proposal with PBS Issues host Helen Ferré and two other panelists.
