Halmos Alumni Now Assistant Professor at University of Tampa
Jenna Lash Polizzi
This spring, Halmos College alumna Jenna Lash Polizzi (BS 2006, MS 2010) has earned the position of Assistant Professor of First-Year Studies at the University of Tampa. She will be assisting students in developing effective self-management strategies and study skills by facilitating increased self-awareness, critical thinking and an understanding of the university and its support services. This entails teaching eight credits of first-year seminar courses and a course for first-year students in marine/environmental science.
