Grant to Allow Mailman Segal Center for Human Development to Implement New Program

Through a grant received from the A.D. Henderson Foundation, key MSC faculty and staff will be trained and will subsequently integrate Touchpoints, a capacity building, strengths-based program, into all early childhood programs and services at the MSC and community outreach programs.

Additionally, training will be provided to community agencies and integrated, when appropriate, into NSU clinics’ daily practices. It is the mission of Touchpoints to partner with families of young children and the communities and systems of care that surround them so that all children – whatever their life circumstances, challenges, and resources may be – will be healthy, succeed as early learners and have the opportunity to thrive.
