Fischler Faculty Member Honored by Charter School

Hui Fang Huang “Angie” Su, Ed.D., Program Professor of Mathematics Education at the Abraham S/ Fischler School of Education, was recently honored by Somerset Academy, Inc. with the new “Dr. Hui Fang Huang ‘Angie’ Su Schoolhouse” in Miramar, Florida. Su has served as a founding board member for Somerset Academy Charter School since 1997.
The school was originally housed in a two-room schoolhouse and served 50 students from kindergarten through 5th grade. Today, Somerset has 50 schools/campuses in four states: Florida, Texas, Washington DC, Nevada, and Virtual Academy.
