Film and Panel Discussion | Life After Liberation in conjunction with the exhibition Roman Vishniac Rediscovered.

Wednesday, December 11, 2013  | 11:00 am

Join NEXT GENERATIONS and NSU Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale for a viewing of the short films The Human Cost of War: Holocaust Survivors in the Aftermath of World War 11 and Surviving the Shoah: Children of Holocaust Survivors and their Parents, followed by a panel discussion and viewing of the exhibition Roman Vishniac Rediscovered.

The Human Cost of War explores the inadequate policies regarding refugees and surviving victims placed in European displaced person camps. Surviving the Shoah explores the experiences of families and the foundations rooted in the trauma of loss, persecution, and forced emigration to other countries, as well as the factors needed to cope with this upheaval.

After the films, lunch will be available in our café. To View our menu, and to pre-order, click here.

$10 per person, includes museum admission. Free for Museum Members.
