Celebrating the Histories, Cultures and Contributions of Hispanic People

The excitement of Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15 – Oct. 15) is underway at NSU.

Members of the university community have planned events and activities to promote unique cultural experiences, which include the Cine Argentino Film Festival, music concerts, a reception by the Circle of Friends, writing workshops, guest lecturers and more.

For those who love tasting foods from various cultures, Shark Dining will offer Hispanic menu options on Fridays during Hispanic Heritage Month, and the Fischler College of Education is collecting favorite Hispanic recipes to be compiled in an e-Cookbook.

For a complete listing of upcoming events, visit www.nova.edu/hispanicheritage.
