Deadline to submit nominations for Provost’s Research & Scholarship Award, Sept. 19

Provost Ralph Rogers is pleased to announce a call for nominations for the Provost’s Research and Scholarship Award, which will be presented at the annual External Funding Recognition Reception at Grande Oaks Golf Club on October 21, 2014.

The purpose of the award is to recognize an NSU faculty member who has demonstrated significant achievement in support of NSU’s mission to foster scholarship, intellectual inquiry, and academic excellence. Research and scholarship are two of NSU’s core values, and excellence in these areas enhances education, patient care, and public service, and develops superior scholarship. This annual award recognizes distinguished accomplishments in the pursuit of research and scholarly activities across the academic disciplines.

Nominations must be submitted via electronic application form available through a link on the Provost’s Research and Scholarship Award webpage http://www.nova.edu/cwis/vpaa/provost-award.html .

The deadline for nominations is 5:00 p.m., EST, September 19, 2014.
