CAHSS Invites Undergraduate and Graduate Students to the “Critical Language Scholarship Program Information Session” Oct. 4

Critical Language Scholarship Program-1

The Department of Literature and Modern Languages (DLML) in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) extends an invitation to NSU undergraduate and graduate students to attend the “Critical Language Scholarship Program Information Session,” on October 4, 2018. The session will run from 5:00-6:00pm in Room 3018 in the Alvin Sherman Library. Information will be provided about the US Department of State program that offers full scholarships for intensive overseas language and cultural immersion.experiences.

 Marlisa Santos, Ph.D., faculty and chair of DLML commented on the program, “The CLS program is a wonderful opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of the complexity of international relations through immersion in the language and culture of countries that play critical roles in global politics and economics.”
