Omar Johnson, Katherine Sosa, the Pirate mascot and neil Katz, Ph.D.

Neil Katz, Ph.D. faculty in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS), and doctoral candidate Katherine Sosa and doctoral student Omar Johnson, designed and delivered a Provost Academic Leadership Workshop on “Leadership Challenges in Higher Education: Diagnostic and Communication Tools for Managing Conflict and Change.” The June workshop was for the Provost, Deans and chairs of over 40 academic units at Eastern Carolina University. Included were Managing Change, Multi-frame Thinking in Understanding and Attacking Complex Challenges, and Supervisory Mediation for Leaders. Katz, Sosa, and Johnson are in the Department of Conflict Resolution Studies in CAHSS.
