Bob Jarvis, J.D., quoted in Palm Beach Post About Broward Chief Judge Joining Foreclosure Firm

Bob Jarvis, a law and legal ethics professor at Nova Southeastern University, said he’s surprised a chief judge would go to a firm that has suffered such turmoil.

“Typically when judges resign, they go to more prestigious law firms and firms that don’t have this sort of taint,” Jarvis said. “It seems odd. On the other hand, maybe he is really interested in foreclosure work.”
