Wang and O’Mahony named SSC Golfers of the Week
NSU’s golfers Katrina Wang and Hunter O’Mahony were named Sunshine State Conference Golfers of the Week, presented by VALIC.
Wang (Fr., Shenzhen, China) tied for second in the individual standings at last week’s St. Edward’s Invitational. The freshman shot the invitational’s second-best second-round score of 72, 1-over-par, on her way to a total score of 150. Wang led NSU to a fifth-place finish, just four strokes off the winning team’s score. Complete Release
