Nova Southeastern University Students to Raise Money for Abused and Neglected Children

Nova Southeastern University physician assistant students will be selling concessions at Boston Red Sox spring training games to raise money for abused and neglected children.

The students will be raising up to $35,000 for the Tender Loving Care Christian Children’s Home, a nonprofit that provides shelter for children who have been moved out of their homes because of abuse, neglect, abandonment or mental health concerns. TLC offers these children a last place resort before they enter the care of the state Department of Children and Families.
