SHSS Dean Presents at ACPSS International Conference at Harvard University

Honggang Yang, Ph.D., dean and professor of the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) was a presenter and panel chair at the 16th ACPSS International Conference held at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. ACPSS is the Association of Chinese Professors of Social Sciences in the U.S. The conference brought scholars from around the world and was co-sponsored by Harvard-Yenching Institute and Harvard Kennedy School Ash Institute for Democratic Governance and Innovation. The theme for this year’s conference was “Engaging China: Sino-American Relations Sustainable Development, and Beyond.”

Yang served as one of two presenters/facilitators of “The Story-Sharing Roundtable on Becoming an Academic Administrator,” and was the Chair/Discussant of the panel “Confucius Institute and Educational/Cultural Exchange.”
