Free Event, “Let’s Speak Truth” Poetry and Spoken Word Night – March 13
Poet Audre Lorde wrote, “Poetry is not only dream and vision; it is the skeleton architecture of our lives…” Poetry is an intimate affair and the best way to experience it is to see it performed in person. Come out and listen to spoken word artists and poets from NSU and the community at “Let’s Speak Truth” Poetry and Spoken Word Night on Thursday, March 13. The event begins at 6:00 pm in the Sherman Library, Adolfo & Marisela Cotilla Gallery. Refreshments will be served.
