NSU hosts Multimedia Camp for High School Students, Ends June 16

72dpi--MultimediaCamp-2015The Office of Student Media is hosting a Multimedia Camp for high school students this summer. The goal of the camp is to provide students an opportunity to gain real world experience working alongside upper-level university students, faculty and industry professionals. It will be held on July 13 -16, 2015, at Nova Southeastern University’s main campus in Davie, Florida. The workshop features software training (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro), photography for non-photographers, photo editing, copywriting, editing, how to write captions, interviewing, leadership, social media, layout and design.

NSU faculty and staff are encouraged to take advantage of this offer.

Campers can choose from the following tracks:

  • Print Journalism
  • Video
  • Leadership

Fees

Residential: $399 (includes, tuition, room and board, meals, t-shirt, and fun activities)

Commuter: $315 (includes tuition, meals, t-shirt, and fun activities)

$100 nonrefundable deposit must be submitted with each application.

Final payment must be received by June 1, 2015.
