NSU Experts from Oceanographic Center & College of Pharmacy Featured in Shark Encounter Stories
As the result of a recent encounter with a shark by a woman in the Intracoastal Waterway, several media outlets were looking for experts to talk about the incident. Given the Subject Matter Experts who call NSU home, the media were quick to contact us for help with their stories.
Dr. Burkholder from NSU’s Guy Harvey Research Institute and Dr Nathan Unger from NSU’s College of Pharmacy were featured in stories by both WPLG Channel 10 Miami and WTVJ, NBC-6 Miami.
