Anthony J. Silvagni, D.O., Pharm.D., dean of NSU’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, was elected chair of the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Board of Deans in April. He also was elected to serve as a board of trustees’ member for the United States Pharmacopeia organization, which is a nongovernmental, official public standards-setting authority for prescription and over-the-counter medicines and other health care products manufactured or sold in the U.S.
