Enrollment and Student Services Readies Students to Move into Residence Hall this Fall

Beginning August 13 and through August 23, students who will live on campus will arrive, suitcases in hand, to move in to the residence halls. In order to ensure a smooth financial transition, the offices of Enrollment and Student Services (ESS) have been reaching out via telephone and email to all students who appear to have a financial gap between the amount of financial aid they are scheduled to receive and the amount they will owe for housing, tuition, and fees.

On the actual August move-in days, ESS will receive families at the Horvitz Administration Building Welcome Center so that students may make their financial arrangements. Employees who normally park in the lot just south of Horvitz will be asked to park elsewhere, allowing for additional parking for the students. The specific days for move-in are August 13, 18, 20, 21, 22, and 23.

It is important that all NSU student residents be in good financial standing prior to checking into the resident halls. Anyone with questions should be directed to the Office of the University Bursar at (800) 806-3680 or (954) 262-3380.
