The Hudson Center of Entrepreneurship and Executive Education at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship is proud to offer a valuable process improvement program, which is open to all NSU employees.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
November 16-17

Yellow Belt is designed to introduce and train professionals in the “Lean” and “Six Sigma” vision, philosophy, methodologies and metrics of quality management and improvement. Yellow Belts are able to assume a role within organizational Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement teams and can contribute to organizational change and improvement. After successful completion of the Yellow Belt certification, participants can pursue certification in Green Belt and then Black Belt and take on larger roles in these teams.
